Elizabeth Maureen Allison, 81, of Rock Island, peacefully went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, September 19, 2017.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at First Paradise Baptist Church, Rock Island.  Memorials may be made to the family.

Lovingly known as "Miss Libby," she was very well known, and no one was a stranger.  She always offered hugs, and made time for everybody.  She was an avid sports fan, especially the Chicago Cubs, Bears, and Bulls.  Libby gave herself to God and always encouraged all to do and be their very best.  Libby will be greatly missed.

Those left to cherish her memory include: her children and spouses, Lois Allison, Nickolas (Jacque) Allison, Tellisa (Michael Lowery), and Kenneth Allison.  She also had many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her spouse Kenneth L. Allison and her loving parents, Louis and Rosalee Smith.
