Elliott Isaac Ruggles was born sleeping on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at UnityPoint-Trinity Hospital in Moline, IL. No services will be held.
He is survived by his parents, Jordan Ruggles and Cody Johnson; grandparents, Kris and Brad Ruggles and Sheila Groom; siblings, Eisley Ruggles and Jake Agan; uncles, Alex (Janaie) Ruggles and Pete (Amorah) Ruggles; aunts, Sydney (Liam) Ruggles and Taylor (Justin) Groom; and many great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.
