Erma R. Jones, 75, of Rock Island, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2014 at UnityPoint Health-Trinity, Rock Island. Services for Mrs. Jones will be 2 pm, Saturday at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Rock Island. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family.

Erma was born on September 8, 1938 in Hot Springs, Arkansas, a daughter of Ola Keys and Mary Hardy Keys. Erma was a homemaker. She married Willie Jones on December 19, 1955 in Hot Springs. He preceded her in death on May 29, 1999. Erma enjoyed playing Bingo, cooking and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her children, Sarah Jones, Texas, Willie Jones, Rock Island, Abraham Jones, Canada, Mary Ann Jones (Johnnie Hall), Rock Island, Anthony "Bo" Jones, Rock Island and Erma (LeRoy) Bell, Chicago; 15 grandchildren; and host of great grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren.
