Florence I. White, 88, of Moline, passed away Sunday, August 9, 2026 at UP Trinity, Rock Island.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 13, 2026 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 201 East 4th Avenue, Milan. Burial will be at Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials can be made to her family.

Florence was born December 29, 1937 in Avon, IL, the daughter of Lessie and Maudie (Postin) Johnson. She married Thomas White and he preceded her in death in 2018.

Florence worked as a home health care provider and cleaning homes. She was an avid fisherwoman and loved the Lord.

Survivors include her children, Alberta Sanders, NV, Randy Sanders, Moline, Terry Sanders, Moline, Tina (Dennis) Gerber, Milan and Tim (Tammy) Sanders, Monmouth; grandchildren, Derrick, Dameon, Dana, Veronica, Gus, Corinda, Johnanna, Shad, Justin and Aaron; several great grandchildren; siblings, Maude Riley, Burlington, Ronnie (Theresa) Johnson, Avon, IL and Lloyd Ray (Betty) Johnson, Oquawka, IL and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, infant grandsons, baby Noah and baby Nathaniel Wayne and siblings, Frank, Carl Thomas, Emil, Darlene, Dolly, Carol, Jim, Wayne, Les and baby Bobbie Johnson.
