Frederick A. Trulson, Jr., 82, of Rock Island, passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at the Rosewood Care Center, Moline. Services for Fred will be 10 am, Saturday at First Presbyterian Church, Milan. Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7 pm, at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan. Burial will be in the Chapel Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family for a memorial fund that will be established at a later date.

Fred was born on July 29, 1934 in Milan, the son of Frederick A. Trulson Sr. and Dorothy Schorpp Trulson. He married Charlotte Ann Lindberg on June 25, 1967 in Orion. Mr. Trulson was the owner/operator of Trulson Apple Orchard, Milan.

Survivors include his wife, Ann; children, Susan (Dennis) Runyon, Moline and Carolyn (Jeff) Wolfe, Davenport;  grandchildren, Matthew (Miranda) Wolfe, Bethany (Chad) Kelly and Andrew Wolfe, all of Davenport; great grandchildren, Abigail, Matthew and Sylas; a brother, Paul Trulson, Mount Eagle, TN.
