Gloria L. Heath, 88, of Rock Island, passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at her home.

Private graveside services for Gloria will be at a later date in Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island is assisting the family.

Gloria was born on July 9, 1935, in Moline, a daughter of Karl and Mary (Blackledge) Nelson. Gloria worked for Servus Rubber Boot Company, Rock Island for several years before her retirement in 1995.

She enjoyed painting, going to the casino, and gardening.

Survivors include her children, Debby Heath, Davenport, Steve Heath, Rock Island, Terry Heath, Rock Island, Katie Heath, and spouse, (Rocky Monnin), Troutman, North Carolina, Roger Heath and spouse, (Audrey), Davenport, Nancy Crane, and spouse, (Sean), Wilmington, North Carolina, and Michael Heath, (Liz Keefe), Rock Island; 21 grandchildren; 14 great Grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild; a brother, Richard Nelson, Menahga, Minnesota.

Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Don Nelson; sister, Greta Hill; and a daughter, Tracey Dryoel.
