Gregory "G-Man" Lee Davis, 50, of Rock Island, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2026.

Services are pending for Saturday, August 1, 2026. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport. Memorials may be left in care of the family.

Gregory was born on October 7, 1975 in Rockford, IL, a son of Golden Bell and Gloria Jean Davis. He worked in maintenance for several years, most recently with Good Samaritan in Davenport.

Gregory's hobbies included cooking and fixing things, but above all, he enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He will be remembered for his gift of gab and comedy.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Sajian Davis, Jaishardon (Ke’Shon Walker) Davis, Donviea Davis, Avery Davis, and Delilah Davis; 6 grandchildren; siblings, Sonya Davis, Shapri (James Pulliam) Davis, Lakeesha Davis, Larico Davis, Adrian Pryor, Jenika Pryor, and Joshua (Ashley) Pryor; special nephew, Taurean Rogers; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Gloria Davis; sister, Rochelle Davis; and son, Tyris Carter
