Helen Y. Fowler, 75, of Rock Island, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Serenity of Galesburg.  Per her wishes, Helen has been cremated.  Private inurnment in Riverside Cemetery, Moline, will be at a later date.  Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island, is assisting the family.

Helen was born November 18, 1945 in Rock Island, a daughter of John H. and Laveda F. (Hunt) Fowler.  She worked as a Laborer at Transitions for several years.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Parrish Fowler and son, Chris Thompson, both of Moline; brothers, James Fowler of Atlanta, GA, Eddie Fowler of Milan and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Alma Jean Counts, Andrew Fowler, Gwendolyn Fowler, John H. Fowler, Jr. and Sandra "Sandria" Polite.
