Henry C. McElroy IV, 44, of Rock Island, died Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at his home.  Services will be 12 pm (Noon) Friday, October 25, 2019 at Second Baptist Church, Rock Island.  Visitation will be from 11 - 12 pm Friday at church.  Memorials may be made in care of the family.

Henry was born in Rock Island, Ill. on November 11, 1974, a son of Henry C. III and Dorothy Jones McElroy.  He graduated from Rock Island High School in 1992 and attended Blackhawk College where he was a member of Brothers on Campus.

Henry was a Karaoke DJ and co-owner of MessiMac Entertainment which he operated with his nephew Aaron.

Henry was a member of Second Baptist Church, Rock Island.  Henry had a passion for music and was an avid WWE fan!  He was very talented with his words.  He used his talent to write music and poetry.

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Dorothy McElroy, Rock Island; sister, Nicole (Darwin) Jones, Rock Island; niece, Alysha McElroy-Hodges; nephews, Aaron McElroy and Brandon Williamson Jr.; and stepson, Nicholas Miner

He was preceded in death by his father.
