Herbert Dawayne "Catfish" Jacobs , 79, of Milan, Ill., passed away Thursday April 2, 2020 at Genesis- Illini Campus, Silvis.

No services are planned at this time . Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan, assisted the family with arrangements.

Herbert was born June 16, 1940. He married Barbara Pappas Blake on February 25, 2001 in Springfield, Mo. She preceded him in death on October 10, 2015.
