Jahzara Bethany Carter, infant daughter of N'Talia Gay-Rouse and Quann Carter, of Rock Island, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 12, 2015. Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Rock Island. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials may be made in care of the family.

Survivors include her parents, N'Talia Gay-Rouse and Quann Carter, Rock Island; brother, Dontae Carter, Rock Island; grandparents, Pharoh Gay and Yvette Grove, both of Rock Island and Michelle Carter and Willie Williams, both of Davenport; and many aunts and uncles.
