James Cousins, 76, of Milan, passed away July 26, 2022 at his home, surrounded by his family.

James was born on October 7, 1945 in Lansing, Michigan, the son of Joe and Shirley (Pennell) Cousins. He married Mary Atwood in Rock Island.

James had been employed a semi driver with local businesses around the Quad City Area.

In his spare time, he had loved gardening and selling produce at the Farmers Market at South Park Mall. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Survivors include his wife, Mary; children, Thomas, David, Paul, Alicia, Morgan, Holly, Joel, Michael and Christian; 16 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and one on the way; siblings, Roxie, Tim and Gary Cousins.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Shirley and a brother, David.
