James Thomas Ferrell, 65, of Milan, passed away Friday November 23, 2018 at his home. Per his wishes there will be no local services. His cremains will be scattered in Normandy Lake, TN. James was born on January 17, 1953 in Manchester, TN, the son of James W. and Ruby (Bennett) Ferrell. Mr. Ferrell had been employed at the former Case IH for several years as a welder. He was later employed at Kar Mart, Milan as a sales associate. James was a United States Navy Veteran. He loved to fish and hunt. Survivors include his children, Amanda (Ralph) Crowe, Davenport, Ben (Krystal) Ferrell, Maud, TX; 4 grandchildren; sister, Patricia (Preston) Brown, Chattanooga, TN; special friend and caregiver, Jean Swanson. He was preceded in death by  his parents; brother, David Ferrell and sister, Lillian Brodrick.
