Jamie Diane Oliver, 72, of Milan, Illinois, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2025, at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf, Iowa.

Inurnment will take place at Rock Island National Cemetery, Arsenal Island. Arrangements are entrusted to Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan. Memorials may be made to the Quad City Animal Welfare Center in Jamie's memory.

Jamie was born on June 20, 1953, in Moline, Illinois, the daughter of Vincent James and Delores (Fischer) Cirivello. She graduated from Moline High School in 1971 and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in education from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

On December 28, 1974, Jamie married William Allen Oliver in Davenport, Iowa. He preceded her in death on July 13, 2013.

Jamie retired from American Honda in 2008 after 30 years of dedicated service. She had a love for travel and especially cherished trips to Hawaii, Alaska, Maine, and Canada. An avid sports fan, Jamie proudly supported the Iowa Hawkeyes, Chicago Cubs, and Chicago Bulls.

Jamie is survived by her sister, Lynne Ryckaert, and nephews, David (Charlene) Ryckaert and Timm Ryckaert.

Jamie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William; and best friend, Chris Wristen.
