Jeff R. Brandenburg, 57, of Rock Island, died Saturday, December 17, 2016 at UnityPoint Health, Trinity Rock Island.  Per Jeff's request, there will be no services.  Inurnment will be private at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rock Island.  Memorials may be made in care of Ducks Unlimited, One Waterfowl Way, Memphis, Tenn. 38120.  Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island, is assisting the family.

Jeff was born in Rock Island on November 7, 1959, a son of Donald R. and Patricia E. Horan Brandenburg.

Jeff worked for DeSaulniers Printing Company in Milan for about 15 years before spending the last 20 years as a laser technician for McLaughlin Body Company.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

He is survived by his daughter, Stefanie Brandenburg, Lynn Center, Ill.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
