Jerrell T. Gabriel, Sr., 34, of Rock Island, died on Saturday, August 15, 2015 in Rock Island. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m Monday at Greater Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, Rock Island. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church. Cremation rites will follow services. Memorials may be made in care of the family.

Jerrell Tierre Gabriel was born on October 12, 1980 in Moline, the son of Steven and Yolanda Taylor Gabriel. Jerrell attended Rock Island schools and was self - employed. He greatly enjoyed spending time with friends and family.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Jerrell T. Gabriel, Jr., Ariana U. Gabriel, Natalia A. Gabriel, Victoria M. Miranda, Tyvon Henderson and one child on the way; mother, Yolanda Gabriel; father, Steven Gabriel; grandparents, Beverly and Freddie Taylor; brother, Tremaine Gabriel; and a host of aunts and uncles and many other loving family members.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Delores Posey and great-grandmothers, Susan Boyd and Hazel Harrison
