John Earl Burson, 52, of Orion, passed away Monday, January 29, 2024.

Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 3030 7th Avenue, Rock Island. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

John was born April 7, 1971, in Rock Island, to Lewis and Georgianna (Schmitt) Burson. He graduated from Orion High School. John enjoyed playing cards and was a talented dealer.

Surviving are his parents; sisters, Christine Burson and Cindy Lathrop; niece, Jennifer; and nephew, Dillon.
