Obituary
John E. Rudsell, 78, of Rock Island, passed away Friday, January 20, 2023 at Unity Point Health – Trinity, Rock Island. Per his wishes, cremation rites were accorded. There will be no services.
John was born June 19, 1944 in Quincy, Illinois, a son of Frank and Mary Carter Giroux. He married Judy Elliott in 1972.
John enjoyed bowling and spending time with his family and friends.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Judy; three step-children, Donna, Moline, Sandy, Florida and Dann, Arizona; four brothers; six sisters; and his closest friend, Ross.
He was preceded in death by his parents, step-daughter, Shari and two brothers, Fremont Jr. and Richard.
