Judi Lee Fox, 59, of Moline, passed away March 29, 2015, at her home, Heritage Fifty-Three, in Moline, IL.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life and spirit of this remarkable daughter, sister, niece, aunt, great-aunt and cousin at her home, Heritage Fifty-Three, 4601 53rd Street, Moline, IL on Sunday, April 26, 2015 from 1 pm to 4 pm. Memorials in honor of Judi Lee Fox may be made to Heritage Fifty-Three, 4601 53rd Street, Moline, IL 61265; Heritage Fifty-Three is a residential center of the ARC of the Quad City Area.

Judi Lee was born December 3, 1955 in Moline, Illinois to William M. Fox and Dolores I(Shrader) Fox. She moved from her parent's home in Rock Island on December 10, 1979, becoming one of the first residents of Heritage Fifty-Three, a state of the art community facility which was specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals with physical and developmental disabilities in their home communities.

Judi enjoyed a full life, including vacations at Saint Colleta and Loud Thunder summer camp programs. She frequently took long weekends and vacations at her beloved Cabin on Alpha Lake, as well as often visiting her sister, brother, nieces and nephew in Elmhurst, IL. She particularly enjoyed visiting her family: seeing the Christmas displays downtown, singing Christmas carols and camp songs, attending parades, celebrating birthdays, and swimming.

Judi enjoyed an active social life with her friends and family at Heritage Fifty-Three including, seeing Elvis, attending SPEC parties, dances, ice cream socials, trips on the riverboat, plays at local theatres and countless community events.

Some of Judi's favorite things included: pizza, ice cream, singing, looking at family picture catalogues, and creating mischief.

Judi was preceded in death by her beloved father, William M. Fox ("Bill Fox the Man.") Judi is survived by her mother, Dolores Fox of Rock Island, IL; her sister, Jeri Lynn Fox (husband Michael Kuhlman), Elmhurst, IL; brother William C. Fox, Elmhurst, IL; nieces Christine and Nicole Kuhlman, and Emily Fox of Elmhurst, IL, and nephew William S. Fox (wife Kylee) of Rock Island, and great nephew William "Jude" Fox of Rock Island, IL and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
