Judy Marie Benson, 56, Milan, passed away surrounded by family on Monday, Dec. 5, 2016 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, Peoria.

Born in Rock Island, she had the opportunity to live abroad and travel the world before moving back to Milan.  Known by her family and friends as a "spitfire" in life, always following her own path.

She was preceded in death by her father, Max E. Benson.  She is survived by her mother, Donna Mae Bush Benson; sisters, Jeri Lynn Foran, Jeanie Sulouff; brother, Jim E. Benson; sister-in-law, Barbara J. Benson; husband, Kenneth Dwayne Farmer; daughter, Kortni Rose Benson-Gehlert; son, Kenneth Dylan Farmer; and grandchildren, Kyra Renae Gehlert, Kenneth Dayne Farmer, Paisley Anne Farmer and Stella Rose Farmer.
