Julie M. (Larkins) Baldwin, 61, of Rock Island, formerly of Albany, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at UnityPoint Health Trinity, Rock Island, surrounded by loved ones.

Per Julie's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded, and no services are to be held. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island, is assisting the family.

Julie was born on September 4, 1964, in Galesburg, IL, a daughter of John and Collen (Sage) Larkins. She graduated from Galesburg High School and later attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, where she earned her juris doctorate. Julie went on to practice law in the Galesburg area before later relocating to Ohio.

Those left to cherish Julie's memory include her two sisters, Janet Pierce, Galesburg and Judi (Don) Jarvis, Rock Island; two brothers, Dale (Pam) Larkins, Galesburg and Tim (Becky) Larkins; several nieces and nephews; and a host of stepchildren and grandchildren in Ohio.

Julie was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Joyce; and beloved niece, Shelly.
