July Htoo, 28, of Rock Island, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2026 at home. 

A funeral service will be held at 9:30 am on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Inurnment will be in Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be left in care of the family.

July was born on February 19, 1998, in Thailand, a son of Omyan Paw and Ah Dar. He worked as a cook in several local Thai restaurants. 

Those left to cherish July's memory include his parents, Omyan Paw and Ah Dar; sisters, April Htoo and Hae Soe; and brother, Moo Doh Soe.
