Kathleen Allen, 78, of Muscatine, Iowa, passed away Saturday April 18, 2026 at UPH Trinity, Rock Island.

Services will be 11:00am Friday May 1, 2026 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Reynolds. Visitation will be from 10:00am to service time. Burial will follow in Reynolds Cemetery.

Kathleen was born on June 28, 1947 in Muscatine, the daughter of William and Daisy (Martin) Drahaus. She married Richard “Dick” Allen on April 9, 1982 in Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on August 18, 2018.

Kathleen had retired as a Administrative assistant with Mortgage Company in Oklahoma before moving back to Muscatine.

Kathleen enjoyed spending time with her family, knitting and antiquing.

Survivors include her aunt, Ruth Faye (Douglas) Reiter, Florida; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; parents, William and Daisy; son, Steve Fish; infant sister, Beth Ann.
