Kathryn Lynn Fraser, 63, of Rock Island, formerly of Shreveport, Louisiana, died Friday, September 22, 2017 in Rock Island.  Cremation rites were accorded.  There will be no services.  Memorials may be made in care of the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Kathryn was born in Shreveport, La. on May 30, 1954, a daughter of William K. and Mary F. Tynes Fraser.  She worked as a C.N.A. for many companies throughout her life.

Kathryn was a very special and caring women who loved everyone.  She was a wonderful mother and sister.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Timothy Fraser, Rock Island; sister, Patti (Terry) Pellegrin, Portland, Ore.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, James and Timothy Fraser.
