Kay Williams, 49 , of Rock Island passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at the ARC Group Home on 12th Street in Rock Island. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Rock Island. Visitation will be Friday from 3 to 5 p.m with a Christian Wake Service at 5 p.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Rock Island. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in care of the ARC of the Quad City Area - 4016 9th Street, Rock Island, IL 61201.

Kay Denise Williams was born on December 1, 1964 in Moline, the daughter of D. Michael and Judith A. Kincaid Williams.

Kay graduated from the Blackhawk Area Special Education District in 1983. Kay was a longtime participant of programs at the ARC of the Quad Cities. Since 2002, she had lived in the ARC group home on 13th Avenue in Rock Island.

Survivors include her father, Michael (Barbara Teigland)Williams; brothers, James (Melinda) Williams of Moline, Steven Williams of Tulsa, OK and Gregory (Diane) Williams of Ft. Pierce, Fla.; nieces, Jasmin (Paul) Ford of Bettendorf, Heather Williams of Seattle, WA, Paula (Sean) Graff of Moline, Sarah (Dave) Senatra of Rock Island, Robert and Charlotte Austill, Tabatha Henley, all of Ft. Pierce, FL. and 11 great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Judy; and her grandparents.
