Kelly J. Hollon, 52, of Milan, died Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at O.S.F. St. James - John W. Albrecht Medical Center, Pontiac, Ill. A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 201 E. 4th Ave., Milan. Visitation will be from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at Coal Valley Cemetery. Memorials may be made in care of the American Legion Riders.

Kelly was born in Rock Island on August 14, 1962, a son of James F. and Dorothy Fletcher Hollon.

Kelly was currently employed as a salesman and design engineer for Miller Container, Rock Island.

Kelly was a member of the American Legion Riders Post #569, Milan, Ill. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved motorcycles, friends and family. He also enjoyed spending special time with his four granddaughters.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Hollon, Milan; children, Michael (April Rosenberg) Hollon and Shayleen (Josh Handley) Hollon, both of Milan; granddaughters, Nicole, Malorie, Sydney and Keylee; grandson, Dakota; brother, Michael J. (Donell) Hollon, Andalusia; and his two best friends, Curt Rosenberg Sr. and Tom Groyon.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
