Kenneth A. Clay Sr., 54, of East Moline passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Genesis Medical Center East, Davenport.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 5th at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made in care of his grandchildren.

Kenneth was born on October 21, 1968 in Springfield, IL, the son of Harold Clay Jr. and Patricia Abbey. He worked as a janitor for many years. Kenneth enjoyed spending time with friends and family, especially his grandkids.

Those left to cherish his memory include his significant other, Brenda Hubert, children, Tieasha (Jesse Howard) Clay, East Moline, Kennastashia Clay, Davenport, Jake'ia Clay, Davenport, Kenneth Clay Jr., Cedar Rapids, Kenya Clay, Davenport, and Kenyatta Clay, Davenport; 13 grandchildren; father, Harold Clay Jr.; siblings, Jerome (Brenda) Washington, Everett, WA, Joseph Richardson, Everett, WA, Ronald (Diane) Manley, Quincy, IL, Don (Barbara) White Sr., Moline, Angela (Timothy) Bragg, East Moline, Terrance Clay, West Virginia, Darriel Clay, Canton, IL, Shequale Clay, East Moline; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mom, Patricia Marshall.
