Kevin H.L. Miller, 55, of Davenport, passed away Monday, May 10, 2021, at his residence.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, May 14, 2021, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island, and can be viewed via livestream at www.wheelanpressly.com/live-stream.  Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday, May 13, 2021, at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to the family.

Kevin was born on July 14, 1965, in Moline, the son of John and Bonnie (Andrews) Miller.  He worked as a self-contracted roofer.  Kevin enjoyed playing the guitar, doing artwork, and doing anything outdoors, especially fishing.  He was a spiritual man.  Kevin was a handyman and loved fixing and building anything he could.  He was an avid fan of the Chicago Bears, and also could be caught watching NASCAR and westerns.

Kevin is survived by his fiancé, Carol McKinney; children, Andrew Miller, Mandolin (Isaac) Hyke, Rion Redman and Joshua Dobbs; grandchildren, Dakota and Quincy Hyke; siblings, Kyle (Samantha) Miller, Krystal (Tim) Brandt, and Kimberly Redman; and nieces and nephews, Bailey, Noell, Chad, Chance, Christopher, Chasity, Hailey, Jessie, Lyle, and Scotty.  He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Kelly Hays.
