Kevin K. McMeen , 61, of Davenport, Iowa, passed away Thursday March 4, 2021 at Bettendorf Health Care Center, Bettendorf, Iowa.

A memorial visitation and celebration of his life will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 11, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 201 East 4th Ave., Milan, IL. Memorials may be made to the family.

Kevin was born November 14, 1959 in Galesburg, Illinois, a son of Max and Dorothy Downard McMeen.

He was self-employed in construction and concrete work for many years. He loved his work.

Surviving are his daughter, Maranda McMeen, Princeton, Iowa; mother, Dorothy McMeen, Milan; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Bruce (Lori) McMeen, Davenport, Scott McMeen, Milan; Kurt (Theresa) McMeen, Bettendorf, Iowa; Karl (Tammy) McMeen, Colona, IL; and numerous nieces, nephews, and additional family.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; father; and one brother, Timothy McMeen.
