Obituary
Lar May Htoo, 58, of Rock Island, passed away Sunday January 29, 2017 at his home.
Funeral services will be 10am Saturday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Visitation will be from 9am to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery.
He was born on May 1, 1958 in Burma the son of Paw Htoo and Romay Paw. He married Thaw Htoo in Burma.
He had been employed at Farmland Foods.
Survivors include his wife; children, June Stone, Htoo Doh, Lah Htoo, Lah Paw, all of Rock Island; 2 grandchildren, Ricky and Lucky; brothers, Than and Rogo.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
