Laurie "Kathy" Fisher, 75, of Rock Island, passed away Saturday April 20, 2024 at UPH Trinity, Rock Island.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:30 am Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Rock Island. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Children's Advocacy Center.

Laurie had been employed at Blackhawk State Bank as a teller and bookkeeper for 45 years.

She loved spending time with her family, attending her nieces and nephews sporting events and playing on the computer. Kathy was an avid Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears and Iowa Women's Basketball fan.

She is survived by her brother, Mike (Ann) Fisher, Bettendorf; sister, Judy (Ed) Gillette, Reynolds; sister in law, Gail Fisher, Taylor Ridge; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Dolores Fisher and brother, Richard Fisher.
