Leonard E. Owens, 67, of Davenport, passed away on Friday, February 26, 2016 at the University of Iowa Hospitals  and Clinics, Iowa City. Graveside services for Mr. Owens will be 2:00 pm, Monday at the National Cemetery, Arsenal Island, where military honors will be conducted by the Vietnam Veterans of American, Chapter No. 299 . Those wishing to attend the services at the National Cemetery should meet at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home & Crematory, Rock Island at 1:30 pm, Monday.
