Linda D. Harris, 64, of Rock Island, passed away Monday, January 17, 2022, at her residence.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 5:30 pm until finished on Friday, January 21, 2022 at Moose Lodge, 2115 4th Avenue, Rock Island.  Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island is assisting family with arrangements.

Linda was born on May 17, 1957 in Moline, the daughter of Mabel Cooper.  Linda was a free spirited person with an infectious smile and personality.  Linda lived for every moment and cherished time spent with her family and friends.  She especially loved her children and her grandchildren.  She enjoyed dancing, laughing, and taking care of her plants.  Linda had a special bond with all of her dogs, and enjoyed them as much as they enjoyed her.

Linda is survived by her husband, Robert Reed; children, Amber (Jeremy) Weeks, Brittany Weeks, and Justin (Chelsea Wardyn) Reed; grandchildren, Jackson Weeks, Ashlynn Weeks, and Sienna Reed; siblings, Elizabeth Bunch and Michael Barnes; brother-in-law, Reggie Reed; and special niece, Dynisha Weathers.  She was preceded in death by her parents; niece, Lavelle Harris; and beloved dog, Daday Reed.
