Linda L. Snyder, 80, of Rock Island, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2022, at her residence.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery, Rock Island.  Memorials may be made to the Quad City Animal Welfare Center in Linda's memory.

Linda was born on October 17, 1941 in Quincy, IL, the daughter of Edgar and Erma (Knight) White.  She married Harold Snyder on June 1, 1958 in Macomb, IL.  Linda enjoyed animals, especially cats, and feeding all the wildlife at her house.  She had the honor of being able to stay home and take care of her two children while they were growing up, and loved every minute they spent together.  Linda will be remembered as a loving and caring, mother and wife.

Linda is survived by her husband of 64 years, Harold Snyder; son, Larry Snyder; daughter, Angie (Greg) Keller; and 2 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents; infant daughter, Kathy Snyder; granddaughter, Heather Powell; and siblings, Eddie White and Betty Perez.
