Obituary
Linda S. Worman-Solis, 72, of Rock island, passed away Thursday July 25, 2024 at her home.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday July 30, 2024 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 PM Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery, Rock Island. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to Milan Humane Society.
Linda was born on August 18, 1951 in Moline, the daughter of Harold and Dorothy (Epperly) Worman. She married Frank M. Solis on March 18, 1998 in Rock Island.
Linda had been employed at the Rock Island Post Office as a clerk for over 49 years.
She loved spending time with her family and friends, reading and her pets.
Survivors include her husband, Frank Solis, Rock Island; brothers, John "Mike" and Diane Worman, Florida, Robert "Bob" Worman, Rock Island; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
