Lisa M. Curtiss, 56, of Rock Island, passed away unexpectedly from natural causes on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at her home. Graveside services for Lisa will be 2 pm, Friday, March 31, 2017 at the Rock Island Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family or to the Epilepsy Foundation. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island is assisting the family.

Lisa was born on October 19, 1960 in Moline, a daughter of Jessie W. "Bill" Curtiss and Shirley I. Glancey Curtiss. Lisa enjoyed reading, especially her bible, cleaning and organizing, spending time with her family, playing Word Search, and her cat.

Survivors include her siblings, Larry (Amy) Curtiss, Rock Island, Linda (Tom) Hill, Rock Island; nephews and nieces, Andy Curtiss, Joe Curtiss, Jessica Hill, Jennifer (Travis) Wilson, Jaime Hill; a great niece, Riley Wilson and her closest Aunt Betty (Kenny) Vinzant.
