Lorraine G. Tracy, 92, of Milan, died Thursday, May 22, 2014 at UnityPoint Health-Trinity Rock Island. Per Lorraine's wishes, cremation rites were accorded. There will be no services. Inurnment will be private in Victor, Iowa. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Milan, is assisting the family.

Lorraine was born on October 29, 1921, a daughter of Alphons and Georgina Satnat VanGampleare. She married Jack Tracy on July 31, 1968. Lorraine worked as a waitress for 30 years in the Quad Cities.

Survivors include her son, Randall Metternick, Milan; granddaughters, Renee (Kyle) Chee-Metternick, Germany and Alyssa (Johnathan) Condit, Moline; great-grandchildren, Alana Metternick and Isabella Chee-Metternick, Evelena Chee-Metternick, Brayden Condit and a great-granddaughter on the way; Brother, Albert VanGampleare, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; sister, Yvonne Price, Brooklyn, Iowa; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Lori Parrott.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; brothers, Eugene, John, Delbert and Vernon VanGampleare; sisters, Madeline Ryan, Helen Bloom, Evalena DeBrower and Irene Heyvaert; and great-grandson, Joshua Ustaszewski.
