Louanne E. Johnson, 44, of Rock Island, passed away Wednesday July 2,

2014 at her home.

A memorial service will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 12th, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 3030 - 7th Ave., Rock Island, where visitation will be one hour prior to services. Inurnment will be at a later date at

Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials may be made to QC Pride, Inc.

Louanne was born May 10, 1970 in Kewanee, IL, a daughter of Louis Johnson and Judith Wilhelm Johnson.

She was a member of USW, Local 105 and worked at Alcoa as a Coil Operator. Previously,

Louanne had worked at Barjan, Tri-City Heat Treat and Millward Brown.

Louanne loved spending time with friends and family. She enjoyed working out and fishing. She was an animal lover and would do anything to help someone in need.

Surviving are her sisters, Kimberly Johnson Dunn, Reno, NV, and Kathleen (Michael) Ballard,

Matherville, IL; brothers, Timothy Johnson, Chicago and Brian Johnson, Galesburg and Michael Johnston , Moline; nieces and nephews, Lindsey Johnson, Paige Hanna, Seth Dunn, Jamie Frazee, Alexandra Johnston, Regan Johnston, Laci Johnston, Morgan Johnston, Lydia Robertson, Katherine Ballard and Kyran Ballard; aunts, Linda (Jim) Boelens, Sheffield, Nell Ann Smith and Kay O'Niell, both of Kewanee; uncle, Howard O'Niell, Kewanee; and numerous cousins and friends.

Louanne was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, and her sister, Jody Frazee.
