Obituary
Madison J. Thompson, 30, of Rock Island, passed away Monday, April 16, 2018 at his residence after a long battle with alcoholism and mental illness.
No services will be held. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to any animal welfare center in memory of Madison.
Madison was born on September 7, 1987, in Moline, the son of Tammie Thompson. He was employed at Group O in the Supply Chain Department.
Madison is survived by his mother, Tammie Thompson; sisters, Jennifer Thompson and Liberty Townzen; and step-father, Robert Townzen.
