Margo E. Harman, 72, of Moline, passed away Monday, December 12, 2022, at her residence, surrounded by her family.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, December 16, 2022, at Edgewood Baptist Church, Rock Island.  Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island.  Private inurnment will be at a later date at National Cemetery, Rock Island.  Memorials may be made to Hope @ the BRICK House, INC., Davenport or to the New Kingdom Trailriders, Sherrard.

Margo was born on August 15, 1950 in Rock Island, the daughter of Ewart and Helen (South) Thomas.  She married Michael Harman on May 1, 1992, at Homewood Church, Moline.  Margo was employed as a secretary for Homewood Evangelical Free Church, Moline, Lincoln Elementary School, Rock Island, and Audubon Elementary School, Rock Island.  She was a current member of Edgewood Baptist Church, Rock Island.  Margo traveled to do mission work in Haiti.  She loved horses, walks and car rides through the country, and when she was younger, doing ceramics with her mother.  Margo will be remembered for having a huge heart and always being there to help others.  Most of all she loved spending time with her friends and family.

Margo is survived by her husband, Michael Harman; son, Matt (Marissa) Stone; daughter, Rebecca (Chad) Doran; grandchildren, Brittany, Samuel, and Sabrina Stone and Grayson, Payton, and Asher Doran; and her daughter and son "in love", Kelly and Trey Harper and their children, Amaya and Cole.  She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Michael Thomas.
