Marian A. Hoffman, 87, of Milan, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at Avonlea Cottage, Milan surrounded by her loving family. Services will be 10 am, Monday at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Milan. Visitation will be from 2 pm to 4 pm, Sunday at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Milan. Burial will be in the Rock Island National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.

Marian was born on December 7, 1934, in Rock Island, the daughter of Tecumseh Julius and Martha Louise (Schenk) Teuscher. She married Thomas J. Hoffman on November 25, 1960, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Rock Island. He preceded her in death on November 11, 2015.

Marian was a very active member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Milan. At church she was a member of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League, Aid Association for Lutheran's, and Altar Guild. Marian's family was absolutely everything to her. She loved sports and thoroughly enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren in all of their events.

Survivors include her children, Lisa (Tim) Davison, Davenport and T.J. (Kristi) Hoffman, Rock Island; grandchildren, Caleb (Aubrey) Davison, Kelsey (Bryan) Pearson, Drew Davison, Emily, Erik and Errin Hoffman; great-grandchildren, Rory, Jonah and Finley Pearson; and siblings, Wilhelmina Swain, Moline, Rev. Daniel (Judy) Teuscher, Eureka, MO, David Teuscher, Davenport, and Carol (Keith) Parchert, Taylor Ridge; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom, and brothers, Walter and Rev. Harold Teuscher; and niece, Jennifer Teuscher.
