Marie F. Pauley, 94, of Moline, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2023 at her son's home in Buffalo, Iowa. Per her wishes, cremation rites were accorded. There will be no services. Inurnment will be in Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials may be made in care of the Quad City Animal Welfare Center, Milan. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island, is assisting the family.

Marie was born on May 6, 1929.  She married Earl Max Pauley and he preceded her in death on June 18, 1983. Marie worked as a nurse at Oak Glen Nursing Home in Coal Valley for several years before retiring. She will always be remembered for her sense of humor and work ethic.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Douglas Pauley, Craig (Nora) Pauley, and Dave (Dina) Pauley; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Tonia Muilenburg; brother, Ed Forthsyt; and sisters, Jackie and Barb.
