Marjorie Lois Harman, 89, of Taylor Ridge, formerly of Woodhull, died Sunday, September 25, 2016 at home.  Per her wishes, there will be no services.  Cremation rites were accorded.  Inurnment will be at Woodhull Cemetery, Woodhull, Ill.

Marjorie was born in Unionville, Mo. on October 8, 1926, a daughter of Leland and Irma Waite Duffey.  She married Richard Harman on December 31, 1953 in Galesburg.  He preceded her in death in 1999.

Marjorie and Richard owned Dick and Marge's, a local pub in Woodhull in the 70's.  Marjorie enjoyed quilting and embroidery.  She mostly loved spending time with her family.

Survivors include her children (and spouses), Vicki (John) Rasmussen, Taylor Ridge, John Harman, Woodhull, Donna (Terry) Nordeen, Moline, Barbara Painter, Prophetstown and Linda Harman, Galesburg; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Jean Payne, Unionville, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers, Arthur and Leland, and son-in-law, Bill Painter.
