Mark Casillas, 58, of Rock Island, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, October 9, 2021. Private family services will be Wednesday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Rock Island.

Mark was born on August 31, 1963 in Rock Island, a son of Frank Casillas Jr. and Jessie (Fonseca) Casillas. Mr. Casillas worked as a payroll specialist for Menasha, Rock Island before his retirement in 2016. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Rock Island.

Survivors include his siblings, Robert and Jaclyn Casillas, Mission Viejo, CA., Andrea and Ross Hein, San Diego, CA., Steve and Mary Ann Casillas, San Diego, CA., Joe and Nancy Casillas, Rock Island; niece, Taryin Casillas-Bjorklund; great nieces, Kaiya Stenovic, Taryina Casillas, and Joela Bjorklund.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents; and a niece, Jessica Casillas Stenovic.
