Marsha L. Kohr , 73, of Bettendorf, Iowa, formerly of Fremont, Ohio, passed away Friday October 22, 2021 at UnityPoint-Trinity, Rock Island.

Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 26, at the Knox Chapel of Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 2106 7th Ave., Rock Island, IL. Funeral services and burial at Four Mile House Cemetery will be at a later date in Fremont, Ohio, under the direction of Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home, Fremont, Ohio. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society- Relay for Life.

Marsha was born March 21, 1948 in Fremont, Ohio, a daughter of Donald and Irma Glumm Rudes. She married John A. Kohr on August 6, 1966 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Fremont. He preceded her in death on January 31, 2014.

In addition to being a wife, mother and homemaker, Marsha worked in retail and was a nurse's assistant for many years.

Marsha was an ardent supporter of the American Cancer Society- Relay for Life. She also enjoyed football, baseball and hockey. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers, Ohio State, Atlanta Braves and Quad City Mallards fan.

Surviving are her son, Kevin M. Kohr, Moline, IL; daughter-in-law, Stephanie Adkins, Moline; grandson, Aiden J. Kohr, Moline; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, "Sadie".

Marsha was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and her sisters, Elaine Molyet and Suzanne Farris.
