Mary F. Granados, 84, of Milan, passed away Saturday August 15, 2026 at Allure of the Quad Cities, Moline.Visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Thursday August 20, 2026 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan, with a rosary recited at 3:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday August 21, 2026 in St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church, St. Ambrose Parish, Milan, Illinois. Burial is in Rock Island National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Ambrose Catholic Church.Mary was born on April 8, 1942 in Peoria, Illinois, the daughter of Fredrick L. and Maragret E. (Heinz) Wamsley. On November 16, 1968, at St. Mark’s Church in Peoria, Illinois, Mary married Frank L. Granados and began a new journey, one which she had been blessed with for the last 43 years.Mary was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she enjoyed sewing and knitting.She was a devoted member of St Ambrose Catholic Church, Milan and the Legion of Mary.Survivors include her children, William Granados, Frank LaGran, Geralyn Roos, Fred (Pamela) Granados, Jacqueline Granados; 12 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sisters, Nora Dunne and Maragret Duncan; brother, Fredrick Wamsley; several nieces, nephews and cousins.She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank in 2013; her parents, Fredrick and Maragret; and sister, Patricia Thompson.Online condolences may be left for the family at wheelanpressly.com.
