Mary Ann Parr, 67, of Moline, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at UnityPoint Health-Trinity, Rock Island. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be from 1 pm to 4 pm, Sunday, August 4, 2024, at the Little Brown Jug, 1315-18th Avenue, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the family for a memorial fund that will be established at a later date. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan is assisting the family.

Mary Ann Bender was born on November 20, 1956, in Rock Island, a daughter of Andrew and Luella (Schaecher) Bender. She married Michael Parr on October 28, 1978, in East Moline. Mary Ann worked as a digital technician at Graphic Image, retiring in 2018. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially times with her grandchildren. Mary Ann enjoyed boating, going out to eat, and her dog, "Lilly".

Survivors include her husband, Mike; daughters, Melissa (Brett) Highly, Lenoir City, Tennessee, and Michelle (Kris) Swinburn, Moline; a son, Michael Parr, Rock Island; grandchildren, Tyler, Brendan, Keyan, and Nona; a brother, Jerry (Sue) Bender, Silvis.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Bill Bender; and a sister, Charlene Wirt.
