Maureen Corcoran, 78, of Rock Island, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at Generations, Rock Island. A memorial mass will be celebrated at a later date at St. Mary Catholic Church, Rock Island. Inurnment will be in North Cemetery, Geneseo. Memorials may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church, Rock Island. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island is assisting the family.

Maureen Devlin was born on December 30, 1941 in New York City, New York, a daughter of Edmund and Matilda (Gray) Devlin. She married John Corcoran in New Jersey. He preceded her in death. Maureen had worked as a laboratory technician. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Rock Island. Maureen was a lover of horses and enjoyed going on long rides. She was a talented artist in many different mediums. Maureen had an incredible voice and sang in the church choir.

Survivors include her siblings, Dr. Sheila Devlin Craane, Connecticut, Elizabeth  Balkir, California and Brian Devlin, California; and several nieces and nephews.
