Michael Cornell Mann passed away Thursday, October 5, 2023 at age 68. Michael was born on January 30, 1955 at Saint Anthony's Hospital in Rock Island, IL to Anita M (Browder) Mann and Harold L (Jack) Mann. Michael graduated from Rock Island High School in 1973 where he played football and drums all four years. Michael married Lorene Jones on July 3, 1976. Michael and Lorene had four children, Michael Cornell Mann II, Shantane D Mann, Nakeya M Mann, and Lafayette M Mann and 1 grandchild Zaylen Michael Anthony Mann. Michael was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witness in May of 1978. Michael was retired from Commonwealth Edison Nuclear Power Plant in Cordova, IL where he worked for 30 years as a Maintenance Mechanic.

Those left to cherish Michael Mann's memories include: his wife, children, grandchild, sister-in-law Julia M Harris, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
