Miranda Parker, 37, of Rock Island, passed away Saturday June 14, 2025 at her home.

A gathering to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.

Miranda was born on March 17, 1988 in Iowa City, the daughter of Michael and Barbara Johnson. She married Christopher Parker on April 25, 2025 in Rock Island.

She had been employed at XPAC for several years before becoming a stay at home mother.

Miranda was a devoted wife, mother, daughter and sister to her whole family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Christopher; children, Myah Johnson-Long, Tyler Long, Noah Johnson and Miles Johnson; mother, Barbara Johnson; brother, Ethan Graham and aunts, Kristin Myers and Laura Dructor.

She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Johnson.
